Podcast: Conversations with Friends

I spend quite a bit of time chatting with friends - whether on social media, over text, or in person. But most of these conversations don’t make their way onto the internet. This one, however, did.

Don’t worry, it was intentional.

The Going Paperless with ADHD podcast is hosted by a friend of mine, Morgan Dodson. In this episode, we share the behind-the-scenes story of how we met and how our relationship has developed over the years.

It was so fun to record what turned out to be a pretty typical conversation for us, and share it on her podcast! I’m also so excited to release Morgan’s episode on the Resolve Podcast in just a few weeks.

In this episode, we talk about paper planners, keeping a digital calendar, why I chose to be a resolution coach, how to set goals you will actually keep, and so much more!

I really enjoyed this conversation with Morgan and love that we got to share it. Even if you don’t intend to go paperless or don’t have ADHD, there are still so many powerful takeaways in this episode - although if either of those scenarios applies to you, then you should definitely check it out too.

I’m excited to be doing more podcast interviews and live videos on social media with many other fantastic individuals, especially as this year draws to a close. But this was the perfect mid-year episode that combined my love of coaching, organizing, and everything in between!

Until next time,

Carly
